When is post time X games

Very strange ... This is the tote X ray for race 1 today at Golden Gate

Lets look at some strange goings on

At 1 minute to post both on the tote X ray and the video monitor at
Del Mar surfside Race book The 1 horse is the o.o horse with big money
bet on it to win For some reason the names don't show up
but the top horse is horse #1 next is 2 next is 3 ect.
Strange but true after a long "minute" The video monitor shows the win place and show pools so every body can see the Smart money on the 1 horse
and guess what Now the monitor says 2 minutes to post

The tote X ray says O minutes
Now finally they load the horses but a horse they do not show by the way
is supposidly backed out of the gate hmmm

another minute goes by, Finally the gate opens but the money keeps
coming in late
