Great Call Jon!!

Yes that 1.4 distance route race at Tampa was a big sustained run...I don't have the data at hand, but sustained run seem under-rated in some programs after Thoromation...

On Bris data- Magnum had a 101 Late Pace.... food for thought

I noticed your BLBL order is not correct, When this happens I go out of the BLBL screen and when I go back in the order is correct
