Supertote and the RDSS Tote Browser are working.
I think you may not be properly logging in to Supertote when you open it up within RDSS. I have noticed that the 'Start Supertote' button on the Supertote website appears below the bottom edge of the RDSS browser window, so you have to scroll down until that button is revealed. Then when you click it, you are prompted for your Brisnet User Name and Password login. Only after you do that is Supertote connected to RDSS for the next several hour period. Check to see if any of the foregoing apply. Ted

I had to scroll down to be able to see Start Super Tote, I had increased the size of the font for these old eyes and that had disappeared.

I will experience tote timeouts often enough to be annoying. Usually it is just limited to one of several tracks that are being handicapped. There is no pattern to it and the tote from twinspires shows a tote feed at least is getting through to them for that particular track. Closing down RDSS and restarting and restarting the tote from scratch makes no difference. Damn annoying and there is no discernable pattern to it.

What track(s), right now, appear intermittent to you? And is this in RDSS1 or RDSS2? Ted
