The longest price

Fellow in front of me had lost all day and his wife asked him to bet 5 across on this French trainer Fabre. Boy were they a happy couple after Arcagnes hit the board.

Ellio or Ollie spelled backwards WON in the sprint in a time SLOWER than Spend a Buck ran his 6 furlongs in the juvenile mile that year

One of my best photos taken as Life's Magic came to the circle with Cordero up, Klein in attendance with D. Wayne. I have another copy that Angel signed when he came to Vancouver.

Strangely, one of the very few Claiborne owned runners to have done much at the Breeder's Cup. I was hoping to see Swale in 1984 but he tragically died of a heart attack a few days after his Belmont triumph
