Good vibes needed

Richie P. could used some good vibes sent his way today. That storm that hit the eastern seaboard yesterday has flooded his basement and gone over his furnace and water heater. It has receded, but is expected to go up again at high tide this morning. So far he still has power, but the neighbouring communities have lost theirs and aren't expected to get it back for about a week.

I know any and all good thoughs will be appreciated.

Things like that make me glad that I'm on the fourth floor in an apartment building. I lost a lifetime's collection of books and magazines to a basement flood, stuff that would get me a small fortune these days.

Wishing you the best Richie.

Rich...I feel your pain...

My wife called me at work last night and said the power went out...

22 hours later ...still no power

So I went to sleep and woke up to seeing roofing shingles in my back yard...

Yes..it was mine and and all the houses on the block had same problem

To top it off I sat in my living room and saw the cieling stained and bubbling up from all the water that got in...

So what else can go wrong!!!

Hope the insurance company can help a little

good luck buddy

mike

Hi Rich

Wishing you the best, may good things
come soon.

But when you are tempted, he will also provide a way out so that you can stand up under it." God never says he'll give us more than we can handle on our own. The secret is to handle it with him on our side."

Morning everyone

The heat is restored and got real lucky as only a relay had to be replaced.

Hoping to get the hot water heater back online tonight as it has to dry out some.

Mikesal - Sending my prayers and vibes your way man! This storm was crazy as my buddy Charlie lost the shingles on his house over in the Bronx as well.

Thanks everyone for your good thoughts/prayers and vibes!

Bill V - Great to hear from you!! I will call later today

Thumbs up

Hot water restored fully. My neighbor Mike came over last night and got things working. True Blessing

My very best to those still recovering from the wild weather. My prayers/vibes are with you!
