What a tough race the classic is. I do like Gun Runner who is definitely one of my keys but can't seem to narrow this field. 3 unknowns and a case can be made for several others. I think Arrogate is physically OK but others have caught up with him. I'll have wait to post my picks as the darts have to come out. I do have the DD going with the Distaff winner from yesterday with those unknowns and a couple others so I'm hoping for an upset. Will post picks later .

R5 #6(7/2),#3(5/2),#7(4),#11(12),#10(8); If you don't want use the 6&3 then I suggest U pass this race and go on to R6. Realistically the 7 has the home court advantage and would be my only pick to upset the top two. I threw in the 10&11 just to fill out the super. The 10 is 8yr old whose best races came over 3 yrs ago, which doesn't say much for the 11 who just beat the 10 and others who I tossed out. But that's why they run the races.

R12 **#1(2),#8(5),#9(8),#6(12). When I saw the way #1 won in Dubai I just knew he was going to go off form. Whenever a horse displays a big running style reversal like he did, he exerts an enormous amount of energy and is a big telltale sign of negative form. And sure enough he runs off the board next time out. But he rebounded with a 2nd place finish and just worked out 23f in last 25 days. Not only is he ready but he should chew these horses up and spit 'em out, PLUS he has the home field advantage over Gunrunner. To me the race is for 2nd and i'm looking for a closer in the place hole. BUT THAT'S WHY THEY RUN THE RACE. So i'll reverse the exacta and make win bets on the 8,9, and 6. Good Luck.
