The key to this sequence was getting the $26.40 winner in r12, the Arkansas Derby. Rmath: why don't you post your screenshot of that race, including pace lines and your thought process to include that horse so everyone can learn from it. If you went "all", explain the thinking behind that. Thank you.

Richard
First I follow Docs guidelines and used the winner because he ranked third on both PL and BPP.
75% of my winners rank in the top 3 on one or both of these two ratings. As I have posted several times and at the Saratoga meeting last year 90+% of all winners are in the TOP 5 on these two numbers. The winner was MY third choice. Hope this helps. Also I do NOT use the all button in P-5 OR P-6s as it is too costly. Rmath |

I also find that starting with the top5 ranked Profit Line and Bris Prime Power horses as my contenders gets the winner in the mix 90 % of the time. Coupled that with picking a predictive paceline and one is well on the way to profitable wagering.

Richard and I usually watch at least part of his pick 5s together, but I was gone so we couldn't cheer together and then I found out he was gone too. It was still sweet to get the win.
Richard has spent hours looking at around 1000+races and has refined his approach. It has taken a lot of time and effort to accomplish what he has done and he is to be congratulated. |

Yes I agree Pat, hard work does pay off. I don't know about 10,000 hours to become an expert in a chosen discipline, but the time is considerable. BIG CONGRATS to Richie and his club.

Well put Pat. I've known Rich for over 30 yrs and he has always been one of the hardest workers and a consistent winners in the group. Doc like to publish Richies' signers in the follow up because of the small market track he played[MNR] and how he used[and still does] the Methodology with great success. Not to mention that he is a wonderful person always willing those he seek his insights. I'm proud to be counted among those he calls a friend.
