Syn - Pace and Cap

What do we enter for distance when using syn2 for the distances of 1 mi 70 yda and 1 mile 40 yds apreciate any help.

If memory serves me correct I believe you use 8.3 for 1-70 and 8.2 for 1-40

it in the manual 1.4 and 1.7

Raceman - The program also accepts the actuals, which are 8.318 for a mile 70, and 8.18 for the mile forty yards.
