Issue downloading cards

I haven't used RDSS in some time, but finally have enough time to get back to it. I'm having trouble downloading cards. When I hit "perform selected tasks" I get the error message.
I've refreshed my registration on RDSS multiple times and restarted RDSS. I contacted trackmaster support and all looks correct on their end. They say my "a la carte" subscription is active and my credit card details are up to date. I previously had a monthly subscription that was inactive. The re-activated my subscription as a la carte. Any ideas? |

Don't know if this is the case with you, but when I had a similar problem with Trackmaster's al a carte, it was because the auto renew wasn't on. Yeah, I know. Anyway, once I turned on the auto renew, the al a carte option worked for me. Dan |
