Darryl, sometimes (more so recently) during Convert, a database error appears which requires you to click to dismiss it. In this case, any races of the currently processing card still remaining after that error are missing data on the Entries and PP screens.
In those rare cases, there is currently nothing to be done. Fortunately, I was able to download and convert today's GP card normally, with all race data apparently intact.
I suggest you clear the Cache for that card, then redownload and reconvert it, being sure to uncheck the Don't Duplicate box on the Data Centre.
I am on the (Holiday visiting) road the next 2 days but will check in as much as I can.
