Question for Bill and Ted et al
Hi guys. I have a question about pace line selection. Take a look at the screen shots and tell me what you think.
Thanks, Steve |

Turbulator - I can't answer for Ted but I believe he works from the adjusted screen and pays litte attention to original. That seems to be Sartin Methodology.

One more question:
Why are my screen shots showing up so tiny and hard to read? Usually they are bigger, clearer and more legible...can't figure it out. |

Hi Steve The problem is all my fault The site is in disarray lots of work is going on to get back on track but weird stuff will likely happen until Ted and I can iron things out Problems are all tangled up Like having a car sick kid while being stuck in the left hand lane in bumper to bumper traffic While being late for the other kids school play and getting a flat tire and the car overheating what do you do first ?? Please hang in there someday we'll look back at this and it will all seem funny Bill |

back to paceline

All the other lines are from FLA tracks the line you asked about was from Mth and the dtv was a high 23 I would use the line cause it was over 80 and that seems to fit the horses other lines You show 4 race were the horse ran over 80 speed ratings Depending on the horse APV and CR I might also enter line 2 and maybe line 4 But it would all be from the adjusted line screen GS Bill |

Pace lines
Good evening Turbulator
Selecting lines to work with within the Sartin Methodology . I use the adjusted lines screen for my FINAL line selection. High speed rated lines within the NORM , which I call within 2 speed rating points of the higest speed rating showing in the past performance .If the last line is still over two points of the norm , I enter it along with the norm line too see how both end up on the BL/Bl screen .Selected lines , same surface and within two furlongs of todays race , no off track lines if todays track condition is fast. I hope this make since . Vanoy |

Thanks for the responses everybody, I think I've got it now.
Mike, I uploaded together, as I have in the past, but Bill's response explains a lot. I know the site has been acting weird. I've spoken to Ted about it on several occasions. The funniest thing that happened to me is that one day my post count was 25 or so posts lower than the previous day. I just figured you guys wanted to delete some of my dribble. Hope you get it figured out soon, and if you need any help let me know. Steve |
