Handicapping Magic

I was browsing through this book last night and think it's one of the best in showing people how to look at a race.Pizzolla does it in a way to make it easy for the reader to understand what he is writing about.Jeff

Bill,I like his Fulcrum concept I feel it's a good way to get a feel of what horses will be able to compete in today's race.Jeff

Hi,

is Handicapping Magic worth a read ?
I have seen, that the author sells so much different seminars through Post Time Daily. Are they worth the price ?

Thanks...

Greetings
Tim

Hi Jeff

Ok lets see if I can remember this .
The race was on a sunday in august The track was off either sloppy or muddy

The winner of the race paid very well
The exacta and Trifecta must have too

This was on Haskell day at monmouth
Lets see . were Nork and Zen Master Early Need the lead horses?
I kind of feel that the race turned out to be won by a Other than early
horse

I remember the race Richie and I and two friends Joe and Mark went up to Saratoga on Saturday the day before, We came back to the Meadowlands the day of the race and it was pouring rain Not knowing really what the program was doing
at that time I know I had the winner of the race WPS
which must have paid well
But the reason I remember the race was that I think the top 3 or 4 BLBL
as well as Pizzolas program ,which Mark used .
Had the trifecta cold. Anyway I always remember working and watching that race
Someone told me that the race turned up in HM

Thanks
Bill

Jeff I think many off the tools the men of pirco used are little bits of a good way to rate a horse

The fulcrum is one of them The first call , the horses positional spot
and the running styles all add to it for me

Bill,The race was on Aug 8 1999 track was good and weather was showery.

Nork- 93.00 42.60 13.00

Zen Master 19.80 10.00

Salari's Dream 5.80

EX 1611.60

TRI 11,254.30

Nork came from off the pace to win it.Jeff

what a race

Thanks Jeff

Yes That was Haskel day. It was pouring rain
If they listed the track as good its because they worked like crazy to keep it good for the big race

Now you can see why that race sticks in my mind
I tell you what winning and losing races online or alone at a otb
is one thing But You never can forget the looks and reactions of
great guys like Richie and some friends Mark and Joe
These memories will last a long time

Sadly in handicapping there will always be some kind of
a lonesome feeling .

Thanks
Bill
