A good example of a failure if you back on the 4 to Nov19 of last it finished 3rd then on Dec 12th it ran against 25k claimers and finished 5th a bad race but not a failure since it had not shown it could compete at that level. On Jan 1 it returns to the 16k level and runs 6th.This is a failure since it failure to accomplish what it did on Nov 19TH AT 16K.
