I have been deciphering the Phase I, II, and III Sartin Harness works. I have been in touch with Bob Cochran who was one of the early testers and I have, ok yes you have heard this before, but 70% winners and 100% ITM and these are not the chalk most thinkd of. I have run a sample size of 200,000 races and have eliminated the bogus thoughts out there. I hope you get in touch with me as Bob said he thought you and your Dad bill were the best.
