I know that there are all sorts of judgments, but with enough data, a program can 'learn' the appropriate weights...

I so relate to this

I have also experienced the FRUSTRATION of not nearly fully getting it. There are many races that go by where I am clueless because (for me), the Match-Up puzzle pieces don't all fit neatly together...
