Folks - I continue to have problems with the RDSS Server and my email, due to an unannounced server migration by my host which I haven't yet been completely able to deal with.
1. Email - please don't use ted@sartinmethodology.com. Please use instead ted@artofpace.com (or support@artofpace.com - same thing). Or send a Private Message. 2. RDSS Expiry/Renewal Dates - I can't update them just at the moment, though soon. If you need the Date rolled forward if your subscription just renewed, please do it yourself. Open the RDSS Configure File via the button on the Configure Screen, look for the line reading Expiry=mm/dd/yyyy (some date) and update that date by your Subscription period in the same format: month/day/year (honours system please!). When the RDSS Server is back up and running, I will update the Expiry/Renewal Dates and RDSS will in turn update your local Date in the Configure File the next time it checks. 3. RDSS TwinSpires Ratings - might be missing (due to a follow-on problem related to this RDSS Server issue). To fix this, if it is important to you, please make sure you are running the latest version of RDSS (2.2.2024.66.05), here: http://paceandcap.com/forums/showthread.php?t=9103 4. Library / Follow Ups / Manuals / Audios, Videos - not working. These are stored on SartinMethodology.com and Rdss2.com and are currently not working. Trying to access these publications, or clicking on short-cut links using rdss2.com will produce a 'Account Suspended' notice. (It's not suspended, but the internet address was scrambled in the host's migration). Sorry about these issues. I hope to get it all resolved soon (though the server host is not making this easy ![]() ![]() Ted

Folks, an update on problems with the SartinMethodology.com/Artofpace.com/Rdss2.com hosting server and my emails -
For more than a week since an unannounced migration of this server by the hosting company Midphase.com (host for more than 15 years) this server has been inaccessible by the outside world, though I can access files on it. Plus my emails routed through this server have been intermittently inaccessible, then rather scrambled in my usual Outlook email program. Midphase.com server host dropped my initial Urgent Support Tickets last week, then have not responded to re-submitted tickets for a few days now. Their main phone numbers do not go through sometimes and no human responds to tech support issues. Beyond frustrating ![]() ![]() Also, I set up (what I thought was) a temporarily stable alternate email address with Google Gmail (sartin.methodology@gmail.com) but today this was flagged with some undisclosed problem and temporarily suspended, pending my appeal. To summarize - 1. For any website or RDSS support or admin issues, please correspond with me on ted@artofpace.com (personal email back up is: museful@gmail.com). Please do not use ted@sartinmethodology.com or sartin.methodology@gmail.com 2. Sartin Library items like Follow Ups, Manuals, audios, videos are stored on this server which has the problems, and so these resources are temporarily inaccessible. You'll get an 'Account Suspended' message. It's not YOU who is 'suspended' - it's the server which is 'suspended'. Please be patient and I'll eventually get these resources back online somehow. 3. The RDSS Expiry Date system is also housed on this affected server, so RDSS cannot check the state of your RDSS Subscription. Again, until this is fixed, if you need to, you can update this RDSS Expiry Date yourself by following the instructions in Point #2 in the first post above (open the Config File, modify the Expiry setting to your correct Expiry/Renewal Date). All the while, this Paceandcap.com website and discussion forum is housed on a separate server with MidPhase - so far no migration, and none planned soon, thus no problems expected (fingers crossed). It is possible I will have to dump this MidPhase hosting entirely - due to insufficient Support resources when things go wrong (which they do every few years). I do not relish that prospect - it's a lot of work to migrate the entire combination of PaceandCap website and the other back-end stuff to a new hosting company. I would only do it if I knew in advance that the technical Support involved actual humans who would pick up the phone when needed, and that they had sufficient staffing to deal with high-priority problems whenever they occur. I will continue to do my best to keep everyone posted. Thank you all for your patience and understanding! Ted

I am informed by the Hosting company (MidPhase) that this PACEANDCAP.COM website is scheduled for a similar migration any time (2 days ago). I asked them to WAIT until the other problems were resolved. I don't know what will happen.
Proactively, I'm posting this message for those who might read it now, in case this site is inaccessible soon. I will send out a bulk email within the day to all current RDSS users advising them of how to communicate with me (email ted@artofpace.com) in case this website goes down. For everyone else (i.e. regular viewers who are not current RDSS users, including too many thousands to send a spam-type email they may not care about) -- I will do my best to get this site back up ASAP -- IF it goes down. Everything may go well and this may be seamless and painless. I am planning for 'not seamless and not painless'. Thanks for reading. Ted
