Busy

Hello All

I want to apologize. I am falling behind on a few projects
I am maybe doing too much and not getting anything done

I am working on posting more follow ups
I am converting the KC seminar from the cassettes to digital
I am answering Emails about The readers room

All this on top of spending many hours at and around Newark
airport picking up and people dropping off

Plus I had to finish up some personal business
and you can guess what that was. It is the 15th afterall

The good new is i have been selfeshly working races
Hey thats the reason were here right?
When I post my next 20 race cycle I think it will be very encouraging
Anyway things are happening I will get it done
Sleep Dam the bed!!!! More coffee!!!!!

Bill

Hi Bill. I was going to ask you, where do you get all your engery from? Do what you have to. Don't put yourself under a lot of stress. Do what you could when you could.

When I had my delivery business I used to work so much that I used to put my self under so much stress. One year I forgot my wife's birthday. That was really bad.

A friend of my said to me. If you were too slow down, you would get more done and you would have more time. I listen to my friend and he was right. I stopped rushing, and I got more done and I did not have all that stress. I learned to relax and everything worked great. Stress is a real murder.

Stand back and look at your day. What you don't do that day do it the next day.

Believe me you would do more by writing down what you have to do and do the important stuff first. This will relieve you of your stress. It is much easier to work without stress.

Thanks

Emilio and Jeff

Yes this driving is very stressful Thankfully I have the group here
and the methodology to take me away from that stress
I truley enjoy the work here. Beleive me I get the energy
to push myself from the friendships and the thought that
I might be some help to a fellow client
that pushes me. I feel bad that I got so little done
today Emilio I will do your suggestion and type out a to do
list and do what i can rather than run around in chaos

Thanks guys

time to pack it in for today
