Ap in phase iii/mph
Hi everybody, Is the calculation of average pace in route pacelines equals to the calculation of average pace in sprint pacelines? Thank you for your attention!

Average Pace in velocity
Henrio -
Average Pace in a sprint is ((Early Pace x 2) + 3rd Fraction) / 3. Average Pace in a route is (Early Pace + Sustained Pace) / 2. An alternate way to figure Average Pace in a sprint is to add the 3 fractions and divide by 3. Best, Chuck |
