Night racing Pick4's

Using fresh horses, and layoff horses who have shown good races after
being away from the races, I decided to handicap 3 night tracks pick 4 races.

Colonial (Cnl), Prairie Meadows(Prm), and Indiana Downs(Ind).

All races handicapped before scratches were known.

CNL races 4-5-6-7 $1 p4 2-4-9 w 5-6 w 4-7 w 1-10-11 = $36

PRM races 6-7-8-9 $1 p4 2-3 w 1-6-4 w 1-4-5 w 13-12-6 = $54

IND races 6-7-8-9 $1 p4 1-9 w 2-5 w 1-4 w 1-7 = $16
