Help appreciated

Judging the Sovereign awards for year end and am using the following criteria,
1) What they did
2) Where they did it? (what was the competition like?) kudos to
cross country abilities but top of the heap in a tough division
works too. a remarkable horse in a small venue gets credit as well.
3) I think a very important aspect: How did the connections MANAGE the horse? Did they understand to place this horse where it could show it's potential, or were they blind to the horses real abilities?

I would welcome any additional aspect YOU might consider if you were in my place.

Thanks
