I'm not faulting anyone's method and you guys are more versed in RDSS and New Pace then I am. My logic tells me that the following suggestion might be the way to go.
If I may suggest, why not use the horse or horses that are in the Top 3 V/DC (with ties) that fits what the race sets up for. A speed point analysis will give you somewhat of an idea. Early or Late.
Sure, a race can go the opposite way but for the majority, they won't.
You will save lots of wasted bets. That would be no more then 3 horses per race if you want to use the best counter energy horse.
If it were me, I would use more then 2 horses in most cases.

I would make the same suggestion for "New Pace".
Taking the top 2 early or late depending on how the races sets up.
If you want to set this up by odds criteria that's all good and well
With New Pace that would be a maximum of 2 horses unless you choose to use a "PO" or the best counter energy horse. Then you may have 3.

Please don't be offended with what I suggest. I want to see members of this group succeed. My intentions are pure and given with a full heart (whatevers left of it).
