Usually a problem with your trackmaster account. Double check that and then reprocess without the duplicate box checked off

Joe, per my email and this FAQ, make your TrackMaster account Active again, restart RDSS, uncheck the Don't Duplicate box in the Data Centre as Charlie suggests -- then all should be well!
