P&C Handicapping Cooperative/ Claimer dropping in price off a win - Pace and Cap

As you work races at YOUR tracks would you be willing to post in advance:

1) Any horse who WON an open claimer within the past 35 days and today is dropping in claiming tag while on the same circuit.

These are usually bet HEAVILY thereby creating added value on other runners. That is the sole purpose of this thread ok?

To IDENTIFY such runners/races. Than each of us can go to work as we choose to.

** I will delete old races daily so only current races are shown to avoid confusion/chaos**
