Mind Boggling ADW Stupidity

I haven't been this ticked off in quite awhile. Because of the dispute with Tracknet, NJ Bets is NOT taking the SAX, GP, or OAK signals. Living in NJ, NJ Bets is the only ADW I can legally use. This is literally the 1st time since I started 'capping in late 1988 that I CAN NOT BET SAX, period. I have to tell you that opening day is always a favorite of mine. What the hell happened to freedom of choice?!

Thank you Magna, Tracknet, CDI, and NJ Bets for not giving a #@%* about racing or your customers.

If anyone knows a way around this that doesn't involve offshore companies keeping in mind my NJ address, please PM me.

I'm still flabbergasted.

Wish I could, Mike, but NJ residents have no other alternative to NJ Bets by law, unless I want to go off shore. Twinspires can not open an account for an NJ resident.

I am signed up on Youbet but NJ residents cannot wager.

Nine.com is offshore out of Curacao and I'm not ready for that yet.

Mike, if only life were so easy where I could just pick up and move. I'm 55 now with a 17 year old son and a 78 year old Mom so I'm not as mobile as in my youth.

I contacted them about Golden Gate and they promptly posted they cannot take that signal either since their old contract expired.

New Jersey is a moron for being part of a group of tracks that all have slot machines and could care less about losing prime signals.

I really missed the Fair Grounds meet as well. Even today there were many good bets there.

The biggest head scratched is that they claim to have a few "whales" who bet big and their handle is actually up this year. Yet, I cannot imagine any big bettors going in on small tracks, so perhaps when they lose Florida, to go along with California, New Orleans, Kentucky, and Arkansas they might actually try to settle.
