David,
Thank you, thank you! Everyone who is serious about making their methodology work for them should watch this video. We need the inspiration. I am only up to about several thousand ways that horse race analysis and wagering does not work (and a few that do...). I am trying to improve. Sometimes it is difficult to admit to failure, and our general culture tends to celebrate and promote the ideal of success, without dwelling a lot on the gory details and emotional turmoil of what it takes to achieve those successes, when they come. As if we will be judged by others and found out as lazy, or incompetent. Though, I think that those who do achieve hard-won success tend to not engage in such judgment, so then, perhaps re-consider who it is we're afraid of... I admit it does surprise me that more people do not post the problems and confusions they may be having with their software, or their method to handicapping, i.e. seeking help. Confusion is not the sign of failure, just the sign that you're still working through understanding, still practicing. I'm sure as soon as one gives up on a task (or dream) there is no longer confusion. Perhaps regret.... cheers, Ted
