#9 to Win/Place
Projected Pace 22.6 / 45.2 / 1:15.0 (from #3's last line) I think it will be "Early" with 1, 3, 6, and 9 either on or pressing the pace. Those are my contenders. Off-pace usually doesn't win dirt sprints at KEE, although the extra half furlong will help them. #9 will have to hold off oncoming 2, 4, 7 as 1, 3, 6 fade late. It's a small window but at 10-1, I'll try to jump through it. mick |

Pace: 22.1 - 45
OTE Pace: #1-3-6 will vie for the lead With todays pace scenario #2-7 will be closer to the leaders at second call. The additional 1/2 furlong should bring the speed back allowing #2 or 7 to take the lead in deep stretch and win. Win: 2 - 7 |

I used the 9's race 3 back as the pace at 22.1 45.2 57.3. I figure the 3 and 6 will not be far behind.
The horse that sticks out for me is the 7. He tends to get a bit far behind but has run 3rd and 5th at the first call in sprints a couple of times. His 2nd fraction and the fraction between the half mile and stretch call are huge. He's in tandem with the 5 and 6 who he beat handily at 7 furlongs. A half furlong less might help him. The 7 is my choice to win the race.

Pace 22.2 – 45.2
1-3-6-9 should be up close, 6 needs to press. 2 and 7 coming hard. My picks 2 and 6 |

Must be close up to win at Keenland. I am 0 for 7 and getting desperate for some ROI. The #1 is the fastest out of the break and in a good post to get an open lead with a good break. Likes this distance. the #3 should be close up and could win three in a row.
