Pace and cap day need to know ASAP

So far I have the following people coming

Bill
Brooks
Nomorebocci
Richie
Pino
Phase 3
Kevin
Gary +2or 3 friends

I need to know where you want to sit,Im trying to get everything setup before I enter the hospital next week. The choices are

Reserved Seats-No plug outlets or TV monitors

Sunny Jims-Las Vegas style with desks and plugs but no reservations.Lunch runs btween 8-12 dollars plus 3 buck seat charge. If a bunch of us dont get there early might be difficult to save seats.Plus might be hard to talk to each other.

Dining Room-lunch is between 12-20 dollars tables have tv's and plugs and seating is reserved.

Gary and I dont care which between Sunny's and the dining room. The reserved seats will be hard for computer use.Let me know what you think because if it's the dining room I need to make a reservation.I was planning to pick up lunch myself but due to this being out of work and not being fully paid I dont think I will be able to swing it.That's why I need everybody's opinion on this.Any latecomers I can addon but they will just have to go with the flow.Jeff

Shoe,

You can count me in on this one. No weddings anywhere in sight.
I'd prefer the dining room but whatever the group decides is fine.

Charlie,That will be great I will add you to the winners circle list.I think the dining room would be best as well but Im waiting to hear what Bill wants to do.I think it would be easier for everybody to talk to each other at a table then a long line of desks.Jeff

can someone bring a camera to take some photos of the group? Maybe Bill can then post them to the site.

dining room

Jeff,
Brooks and I will do whatever the rest of you want, but the dining room would be our first choice. I'll treat my son Bill to thank him for all he does for us when he comes to visit. Can't wait. Mrs. V

Picnic

Hey Jeff
Rich's post gave me an idea
Is there a picnic area? We could gather a real nice group I see them all the time at Philly and Mth
That way , I know a few people that I think would like to come in a more casual setting I think it will be fun to have everyone all together
and outside might be nice
Sept 30th/ maybe a beautiful sunny fall afternoon

Bill,Unfortunately Maryland is not bright enough to offer that.Even if they did have it there wouldnt be outlets for people to plug in their labtops.I really think the dining room is the best choice because of the plug outlets and the tv's in case people want to play other tracks.Jeff
