RDSS - Quick Start Guide

Here is how to Get Started with the latest RDSS update and the New TrackMaster Store.

1. Download and Install the current RDSS: http://www.rdss2.com/download-software - or click the RDSS Icon upper-right of website (you need to be logged in, with RDSS access).

2. Set up your TrackMaster account in the new Store. Use the direct Login links in the RDSS Registration Screen and your existing TrackMaster UID/PWD there to Login. Or here: https://store.trackmaster.com/logon.cfm

3. Update your Credit Card in the TrackMaster Store. Go to the 'Account' Icon upper-right corner then Payment Methods.

4. Purchase a RDSS Card Pack or Unlimited data subscription from the RDSS Product List (either PP Only or Bundle including Results).

5. In RDSS, refresh your Data Subscription List (Data Centre) - your recent data purchase should show up.

6. Begin downloading data and handicapping in RDSS as usual!

- Can't login to TrackMaster Store with your existing UID/PWD? Try a couple of times, making sure to use the same as on the RDSS Registration Screen. Still doesn't work? Send me an email at support@sartinmethodology.com (such issues may be resolved in next few days).
- New or Returning RDSS User - if new, set up a new TrackMaster Store account and add the UID/PWD to the RDSS Registration Screen. If returning - send me an email to get your old account reactivated.
