Missing pace lines

Track being used: Suffolk 7/16
The trackmaster download appears to be missing quite a few pace lines for the above track. I also use Aodds Gold and the past performance download has the lines that are missing from the Trackmaster download.

Dave:
I noticed the same thing at Suffolk on 7/15.
A lot of 0.0 instead of pace lines.

yes, I looked back at other days and the same thing exists. It seems the problem is only with the Trackmaster download.

Hello Ted
I checked and It looks ok for the dirt races
but I see no fractions for Suff Turf races
seems like they are about distances

Bill, you are right. Suffolk turf races are "about" distances and there are never any fractions. It's not just Trackmaster, Formulator files don't have fractions either.

For Suf 7/16 race 9 is also a good example. Lots of missing fractions.

ALL the missing fractions in the race are from Suffolk TURF lines. Suffolk does NOT time the fractions.

There are NO missing pacelines.

There ARE missing fractional splits on ALL the SUFFOLK TURF RACES.

Dave,

Missing lines are different than missing fractions. Specificity...

The current version of RDSS has 2 documented bugs with missing lines: 1) foreign tracks and 2) lines where for whatever reason the odds were shown as 0. Both are being fixed. Any other circumstances than these, I appreciate it being pointed out.

Below is a horse from that 9th race, comparing RDSS to TrackMasters PDF Past Performance product. Same info (same data). This is as good as it gets for Suffolk Turf.

Thanks,

Ted
