Just got off the phone with Laurel. The race named for Bill's group is gonna be the 5th race on the card.

7 furlongs - FIFTEEN horse field - as Charlie calls it " a herd of horses"

I wish I could have been there with such a great group of people but the trip was just too long for me to make.
Hopefully, you have great weather, food and drink and lot's of good horses that pay big prices.

So that I can feel like I'm a part of this, even from afar, I've handicapped this race and am offering my opinion for what it's worth.

I've attached my Match-Up spread sheet and ran the race through Energy and I've come up:

No 10 - SERENTALK TO WIN.
IF NO. 15 SCRATCHES IT MAKE HIS CHANCES TO WIN EVEN BETTER.

Bill and Forego wish you guys could be there,it figures they would name this race after the group.From these bunch of pigs if someone stuck a gun to my head I would go with the 7.For no other reason then the horse likes this distance and it's getting a better jock today[sorry hat].I think the 2 most interesting races on the card are the 9th and 10th both turf events.I hope I can hang in there long enough my incision is killing me today.I think I overdid it being back to work for the first time in 5 weeks.Jeff
