#1 need to be closer at 2c 3th by 3bl. more than that he will lose (Today is shorter race)
#3 in the Sep 2nd. race lost energy in a (slow race)
#8 can not take the lead
#9 will lead the pack

Can any other horse be in front of #8 in today race?
