The stalling is due to RDSS trying to contact TrackMaster which it will do if there is an internet connection. It will bypass this check if no internet.

This is a TrackMaster issue. I sent off an explanation to them about how to fix it and I expect it will be resolved rather quickly tomorrow. I will be on it from early in my morning on the West Coast.

For all you you who emailed me or sent Private Messages or made posts asking 'what is wrong' ... well, this is what is wrong: described here in this Thread.

I will start programming a workaround tomorrow just in case, but I'm still positive everything will be resolved before I get the fix ready.

Thanks everyone! Yes, Equibase techs confirmed this was fixed at about 8am Eastern time this morning. Thanks to them for being so responsive.
