TrackMaster Store - RDSS problems - Pace and Cap

Recently, due to problems during the roll-out of the new TrackMaster Store, some RDSS users have had problems opening NEW accounts or upgrading or renewing existing accounts.

If you are having problems downloading data from your TrackMaster account or updating your account (for example, upgrading to the Bundle account to include Results, renewing your RDSS data plan, updating credit card info, etc) - please contact me and I will help you with a temporary solution until TrackMaster resolves the issues with their new Store.

Also -- please read the following post for further detailed info. As of early July, this issue is still ongoing and being addressed with a software update sometime in July. But - please do not lose any access to RDSS - I can fix this for you ASAP. Just send me an email!
