Wagering in Texas - Pace and Cap

Have any of you Texans found a way to wager online? I am a 100% disabled Vietnam combat veteran and getting to Lone Star to wager.

The wonderful state legislature outlawed all off track betting. Horse tracks greyhound tracks and a small amount of simulcast facilities actually run by and near the horse tracks are the only options..
The lawmakers say they are protecting the state industry. Reality they are slowly trying to kill it.

I am not sure. But you might try a VPN.
The VPN is a software package where when you log onto a website it shows your at a
different location. That way folks do not know where you are at do to you IP address.
I do not know if there are any free VPNs or if it would work.
This is the only thing i can think of.

First of all, thanks for your service.

Second, I feel your pain on the subject of Texas online horse wagering. it's a terrible thing against good folks like us that would like to make a wager without going to the track.

The Texas legislature needs to get with the rest of the wagering states and fix the problem. Please let me know (PM) if you find a solution.

Legally, there's no way. I know people who use Bovada and other sites. I've met people who have moved here from Arkansas and still use their Oaklawn Anywhere app. They turn the location settings off so the wager is accepted.
The Texas legislature would rather have 100% of 0 instead of 2% of millions. It's insane.

Thank you Budman. I found an offshore source to use when I begin to wager in July. Right now I am applying all my Sartin and Bradshaw education and melding it with RDSS2, and the results are amazing for getting Exactas.
