by the way, bill, i read your comments on j. bradshaw listed under the matchup book thread at paceadvantage. very beneficial. i get so tired of the sartin bashing that goes on there. much of it a product of system sellers sanctioned by the site's administrator.

Hi tlt'

Thanks I really don't know about that

all I know is what people say
what is missing from my brain must have fallen to my heart
Its all about a napkin and doing something and giving back
Its for good men who were there for me

and many of us

Hi Froggy,

There is a software called Fast Fred Pro which performs the PCR's and does the form cycle analyst using the $.50 file, check it out here.

William Scott spoke at a Satin Seminar in Baltimore in '93 or '94.
It was the "night of the fire" seminar for anyone there.

It was:

Look at each horse's last two races and circle the highest Beyer of each. The top three Beyer's are contenders.

Now look at each horse's bottom 8 races and circle the highest Beyer of them.
The top three are also contenders, so you now have 3 - 6 contenders.

I think I remember reading somewhere or reading on a tape that he became a PIRCO "client". He's Bill Finley's dad, correct?

EDIT: Tom, do you recall if you're qualifying surface and distance as you're looking for those 6 Beyers or are you taking them from any surface/distance to get the contender pool, and then doing your own qualifying of those 3-6 contenders as to today's conditions? Thanks.

I used same surfaces, but mixed distances. I then picked representative pace lines, not the ones with the Beyers. This was a reason to go past recent races and sort use Mikey's Way Back Machine.
