Why is PHA not running - Pace and Cap

I play Pha once in a while. I thought that they run all year round. Is there a reason why they are not running this week.

Pha takes a few weeks off in aug. will return labor day weekend. i don't know if Pha will run on mondays in sept. the track didn't in the past but started back mon in oct.

Your right Rverge Philly always takes at least a two week vacation
and comes back labor day weekend. Twice since I have been
wagering they have resurfaced the track and taken a little longer break.
The big race is this labor day
