Fair Grounds & RDSS - Pace and Cap

Hoping you guys are playing the Fair Grounds.....

I would say Fair Grounds wasn't one of my best tracks to handicap. [prior to the program]

First week using RDSS

Too bad, I can only play it on the weekends here out, thanks to CDI and Tracknet..

Being from Texas, only Youbet.com will let me have an account, I have to go to Lone Star to wager
