Bill,
Nice job in the explanation I noticed the winner was ridden by ex Parx favorite Stewart Elliott who seems to be doing good on the California circuit Jeff |

Hey Jeff Yes Stewart Elliot He does well. Mostly seems to be Mike Puype's go to guy. The winner # 6 was his only down the hill victory. Here is Stewarts record from SA and Del Mar 2016 |

Jockey switch
hey Jeff
I know this is not a methodology issue, but I enjoy keeping track of the human element. Who rides for what trainer, I also play mostly pick 4's so I'm looking to know which trainers are better than others with maidens .. Anyway, yesterdays Race 6 at Santa Anita a State bred MSW Mike Puype went with top jockey F. Prat and did not use Elliott, who has not done anything with the horse. S. Elliot instead rode for Bonde Elliot / Bonde teamed up for for a ST100 state bred win and Elliott has rode the # 2 Jet Set before The thing is look what Prat was able to do with Puypes 8 horse 10/1 ML wins and pays 21.80 just about wire to wire Elliott had a tough time wit Jet sky #2 |

Bill,
Also of note was not only going to a top jock but the turf to dirt move that the trainer did Again like you mentioned not part of the methodology but always something to look for |
