Richie was 8 out of 12 in 2005 and worth a sawbuck because of our good friend.Seems he is outclassed in this one though.

Pace lines

Jeff Your lines are fine because they are your lines
I hate to go back to a follow up reference again but
Doc tells us to focus on the winnig races in those example
how often the winner is from a line thats the best of the last 3

This is all about You
Rich's story about the two brothers remindes me of a few years ago

He had already done a race at Philly early in the morning . He had issues with a horse He couldn't figure what to do and marked the race Pass
I came in late. He said nothing about race or asked me about it
But when the race came up I did it live. He looked over my shoulder
( I did not know this) I did the race, I entered a paceline for
the horse Rich had issues with best of the last 3. I looked at the BL/BL
looked for Improvers on the VDC screen and bet two horses
one of them was the trouble horse ,any way it won and paid
like $17.00 I used what I felt was the right line its what its all about
Rich told me this after the race then I looked at the lines and I agreed
I should not have used that line but I was in amy zone and I went with it

Thats what pace line selection is Doc says to practice
He never said Ask someone else

I will do step by steps again
soon
Bill

100% true story. I am still amazed by the clarity you saw in that race Bill.

as far as line selection we must do this ourselves. When Val 3 had just come out I called Aline in California and had a pretty long talk with her. I had been away for a couple of years. I asked her " are you still wagering?" she answered " No I had to stop over a year ago because my bad back will not allow me to sit behind the computer for the amount of time I need to be able to WIN".

She went on to explain that her day ALWAYS included 1-2 HOURS where all she would do is download tracks from all over the country and pick pacelines
pick pacelines pick pacelines practice practice practice

She was very forthcoming that day. She told me that the ONLY way she could win consistently was to work very hard at what she was doing. She also said that others depended on her readouts to make wagering decisions and she felt a great responsibility to do her best every single day. I knew she was speaking of Doc here.

ok

Bill,You talking about the 9 horse got me thinking about the 3.If Im using that 7 fur race for race 9 why not use the same for horse 3.So I used the F6 button as you have suggested many times in the past and it picked line 8 instead of 9.So I recalculated the race here are the new readouts.

Hi Guys,
My look at the race. I went deep on the 12 cause those Ct lines just looked way to big. He still projects all over the machine.

If that Ronald Allens horse wins ( # 3) bless him

Win bets 10 and 12

Good luck

Hey CN,Thanks for the input. You might be right about the 3 I might be putting too much in this horse for course thing,he is nine now.You also might be right about the 12 you cant discount a Scott Lake horse who last year won 9 out of 13.Anyway like the stubborn old man I am the 3 will be the key horse for me .Exacta's in this race are tough but I guess I will use the 6&7 even though the 6 is cheap and only came in 6th on TE.But fared well on the e\l graph.Jeff
