NO good at MTH -- the wipeout horse won (#6). But at least it looks like that speed bias from last week has gone away.

CRC R7:

huge late run by the 8 last out in a race that didn't really come back
the chalk, #2, had an inside run around the track last out and lacked some room in the stretch --- she's probably 2nd if she gets through inside but she got the perfect trip to that point. the 7 got into all sorts of trouble in the stretch in the same race that the 8 is coming out of and probably would've won with a clear trip

MTH R5:

Big Dealer, #1, appears too fast for these early. The only horse that might be able to run with him early is the 9.

Too fast early for the 1 with the 9 chasing. Beautiful ride by the winner, the 3, by Coa, breaking with the top pair, then taking back and coming around them. The 4 was 2nd.
