Looks like we are good to go with this race today. All players are aware of it to play or pass as they choose.
Good skill to everybody. You will need it on this one. Pook |

Scratches
As of 10:20 AM, the 12, Live in Joy is scratched according to Equibase. Better check me on this. I blew it last week.

Of the Earlies #6 and #8, #6 looks stronger. Best Late is #11.
Top 3 in Class (using CR rating) are 11-6-3. #3 is not ready for prime time now, his rating coming from that older Saratoga race, not since duplicated and now stepping up; workouts after the layoff: meh. #6 has raced competitively at this race condition level and above. All in all: 6-11 to Win

I see this race kind of the way Ted sees it even though we come at it from different angles. With the scratch of the 12, a component of the early speed is gone. But, the 6 and 8 remain. They both break in the first position and run fast early fractions. I think it will run OTE.
The contenders for me are the 3,4, and 11. 3: Good race 3 back but the last two didn't show much. I noticed that the track variant was -9 on the race 3 back which indicates a very fast track. 4:This horse I've decided is just too slow. 11:With Castellano up, this horse is going to be pounded at the windows. He's been short in every race he's been in except the race 2 back. But, he's the best horse with the right running style who has competed successfully against a 23.0. I'm going to take a chance on him. The 11 is my choice to win. Tim |

Tough race. Between the best late #11 and the best early #6. I see the race as running early. The only two earlys left in the race are the 6 & 8. I think the class of the 6 will put the 8 away and have enough left to hold off the 11.
My bet is 6 to win. Pat C. |
