7/9 - The Lone Early
What will you do if you spot a lone early and it's 6/5 on your odds line?
CBY r5 ALW28K 1 Hap Hot -1 1 Happy -2 4 Ameri -1 7 Yo Dawg -2 I'm using the software of the Master of the Match-Up...Jim 'The Hat' Bradshaw's SELECTOR...it was not widely distibuted and not much was said about it.There's only 3 options in the menu...#1 Beaten Lenghts - this to me is the real match up...#2 Entropy -there's no need to do any adjustments anymore on this one.Jim had it automatic...lowest 2 scores will be the bet....#3 Phase One - the Composite Pace Ratings or to me is Total Pace Ratings...this is a complete program by The Hat...nothing more is needed... The #1 Hap Hot is the lone early and 6/5 on my line...it's going at 2/1 at 1 min to post...this is 'bread and butter' bet....#1 went wire to wire... i never planned to bet this race because a lone early is almost always bet down to less than even money...but sometimes Joe Public stays away from the race...i pounced on it. |

#2 horse is Happy...excuse me...my bad...another 'senior moment'..
looking at the Beaten Lengths section,#7 Yo Dawg will try but #1 Hap Hot will not be caught even by #2 Happy... |

and to finish my day...
PRM r11...6f cl30k 1 Confetti -1 2 Hard -2 3 Apretty -1 6 Flat -2 again,using the Selector program...#1 Confetti is the bet...even money on my line and going at 6 to 1 at 2 min to post...#1 Confetti romps and pays $13 and change... Almost past 6:30 ...another long day at the office... |
