If you use RDSS data wont the Synergism program do it by itself.

I don't know what or how far Ted will take the syn-rdss conversion
Rght now it looks like Rdss will allow you to select the set up time
however way you want and enter the data in a field while in RDSS. and then someday you don't need to enter it again into SYN2. This is in the works
although this feature will only be on the raw data export choice.

Right now the set up time is either automatic,or being bypassed (not clear on this ) when you export the adjusted times.
For the raw data it is not up and working yet So the user will need to hand enter the set up time into syn 2
