If I understand your problem, you can view and download from the raw RDSS data webpage at TrackMaster (supplying your UID/PWD), but cannot perform the same task via the RDSS Data Centre, getting an inscrutable message of some kind... Is that correct? (By the way, what exactly is the message?) The previous time this was reported, I do believe it had something to do with an incorrectly entered User ID and Password. Could you try re-entering those in the RDSS Registration window again exactly as you enter them when downloading successfully directly from the RDSS PP TrackMaster page. I have just managed to successfully download all of today's race cards, so I don't think the problem lies with TrackMaster's server. Ted
