If you think that you're slow, you ought to see how long it took me to get this site and then this page to load. I hope to be back with some AQU picks, I just want to see how it all looks after the scratches. If the fields get too small because of the weather here, I won't even bother downloading the card.

Hey I'm real sorry about that

I had the same issues earlier today

The new hosting company is alright at best . I'm a little disappointed
with these hic ups. When its working its great. The page is almost always
on and loads quickly, Plus we have like a ton of storage space, Which is all good. I just wish these dead zones like we had this morning would stop

That is what I paid for

Bill

I won't be doing anything until the fifth race, where my top pair are the 1 (3/1) and the 9 (12/1). Don't mind splitting a bet at those odds.

The sixth race is one that I'll likely sit and watch as my top choice, the 2 horse is 6/5. Second scorer is the 3 horse at 8/1 - maybe a coupla bucks will go, but I just see the fave as too dominant.

Seventh race brings us back to the turf, and I've got the 7 and the 1 horses tied. Odds will warrant whether I split the bet, they are the top 2 morning line contenders and both will likely be lower than what's predicted since there's three scratches.

In the eighth race, I've got the 4 horse looking pretty dominant over the next contender, #5. ML odds are between 4/1 and 5/1 on the pair, if I can get that, I'll split the bet.

Good luck to all.

It just strikes me that the dead zones seem to occur most often between 10am Eastern and first post at Aqueduct. So there's been a few days lately that I've wanted to post picks, but end up walking away from my PC rather than watch the hourglass, or just continuing on with the card and forgetting to come back.

Otherwise, the site works fine and page loads are much quicker generally.

Don't feel too bad, I also post on the Turner Classic Movies website, and sometimes they slow down to a crawl of 15 minutes for a page. Fortunately, Firefox enables me to have multiple tabs open, so when anything is slow, I just pursue other interests.

But last night I bought some weights because I've been spending too much time on the PC overall and snacking too much because I quit smoking. So now I'll do some reps while waiting instead.
