Races
Hi Pook, If it's okay with you, can I wait until Friday afternoon to post a race for Saturday? I want to check some ML's for the west coast races before I make my choice.
Thanks, Pete |

Totally your call man. No rush. Even just a race on Sunday is fine. Whatever you come up with.

Saturday
Let's take a shot at the 7th race at Santa Anita. Looks like a nice, competitive turf stake with a big field....

Sa race 7 6/20/15
I will use the last race of the 7 as my projected pace 22.4 47 1.11.2 The early horses are the 7 and the 2. Last race the 2 ran 23.2 47.3 1.12 on an off track. I think the 2 and 7 will kill each other off the 8 will probably get sucked in as well. I believe the race will run ote the two horses I feel have the best are the 5 and 11. In his last race the 5 was too close to the front and out of his comfort zone. In his 2nd race back against a 46 1.11 he took over into the stretch and won. The 11 3 races picked up 6 lengths then 3 lengths against a 46.1 1.11.2 my bet would be 5 and 11

Sa 7
SA 7 Saturday
Looks like of the 2 Earlies 2 and 7, 7 is faster. 2 never won a fight. 2 can maintain a 2 length lead at 23.3 47.4 At that pace OTEs are 3 5 8 11 13 Closest to the front positionally based on time is the 5. Bet 5 to Win. |

Saturday
I used the last line from #7 to project today's half-mile pace of 47. The 2 is also early and I don't think either one of those will win. My OTE contenders vs today's pace are the 5,6 and 11. The 5 has won twice against that pace. It also moved early to take the lead against a fast pace last out before fading. That race was at 1 1/8 miles though and he's shortening back up to a mile. I like that.
The 6 has won against a faster pace and also finished a distant second. He comes from a bit further in the pack than the 5 too. The 11 has won against today's pace but that was at TuP and from waaay back in the pack. My choice to win is the 5. |
