Vinnie:
Thank you for your well wishes. I am having a great time and warming up for the contest. Last night (Sat. 3/29) I hit the 6th at CT with a horse that paid 74.40. Take a look. The horse was a clear contender on the improve. Gary L. |

Paragon A and Energizer
Jeff, I went over some old Energy Screenshots and I came across several races where the Energizer was not the top Paragon A horse. What I did notice is most of these horses were deficient in F3 fractions.
Whether this would be a basis for making a horse a non-contender would be something that I need to look at further. |

Jeff:
I Have Looked At The Question Of What Happens When The Energizer Is Not Paragon A. What I Have Found Is Most Of The Time You Have A Non Contender In The Computer Or A Bad Pace Line For The Horse. But That Does Not Mean You Should Automatically Take The Horse Out Of The Computer Or Change The Veriegate. You Have To Go Back To The Pacelines And Double Check Everything. Consider The Situation A Giant Red Flag. Most Likely Something Is Wrong. Gary |
