Profit tips for "3 matching early" spot plays - Pace and Cap

For those matchers spot playing these type races:

1) FOCUS on races where the ml favorite OR 2 of the 3 low ml guys are in the early bunch being tossed by you.

2) From this subset of races:
a) Reduce to TWO final contenders (even if you presently are betting ONE horse.Reason coming) for the WIN from the O.T.E. grouping. Track your win performance on these.

b) Putting your 2 WIN contenders on the side and already tossing the early grouping go back to the pps of the remaining O.T.E. group. LOOK for a deep closing (like 6-7-8-etc position at 1c) mars horse who POWER MOVES from 2c-sc against today's 1c proj pace. I mean a SHARP move like 8th at 2c to 1st or 2nd at MOST at the sc.

c) When you find a horse shown in "b" above we will play exacta combos looking for a complete meltdown of the earlies. Key to doing this is having the FAVORITES in the early grouping. PATIENCE.

Now using your 2 win contenders and adding the deep closing power mover set up a $12.00 "Poor man" exacta structure like this:

$1.00 exacta box of the 3 horses = $6.00

$1.00 exacta part wheel of your 2 WIN contenders on top of the 3 horses. example 1,2/1,2,3 where the 1 and 2 are your win contenders and the 3 is the mars horse. For a buck that is another $4.00

$1.00 exacta with your BEST win contender on top of the remaining 2 horses.That is $2.00 more.

That is some nice coverage and if we are "really right" we have the exacta for $3.00 and with chalks out VALUE is assured.

I am noticing more and more when races completely collapse and the "opposites attract" stuff doesn't fire these "Mars horse" are quite often the ones getting the 2nd slot in exactas.

Then add in $8.00 for WIN bets (either all on one bet or split $4.00 each on the 2 win cont) and you have a $20.00 race bet structure that gives you the opportunity to do some SERIOUS DAMAGE when the stars align and multiple tickets hit. SERIOUS damage.

Anyone looking at these race types try paper betting a 20 race cycle like this. A few good shots to the tote boards "body"in the cycle and you make money. More than a few and you crush
