Tim G was able to demo to me this particular problem and now I know how to duplicate it and fix it. I'll get another update very soon.

The small 'a' 'b' characters next to Program Numbers indicates 'Uncoupled Entries'. Hover the mouse over the program number on the Entries screen for more info. Further documentation on this and all the other stuff in this 'emergency' update coming soon.

I have updated RDSS to V2.2.2023.65.

To download the latest version, click the RDSS Icon upper-right corner of screen. Or here: http://www.rdss2.com/download-software

This update fixes the bug where Prime Power & ProfitLine (TS Ratings) would not be retrieved and display unless you re-started RDSS.

Now, simply Download, Convert, Assemble --> all TS Ratings, Tote and Mutuels/Results should retrieve and display properly. No re-start required.

If any lingering problems with this issue, please advise here.

Downloaded MVR this morning and happy to report that version 65 is performing as it should. No restart needed. Active tote and mutual functions working.

Hi Ted,

I took 2 months off and was trying to download and handicap today's races after the fact, and had problems so I downloaded version 65 and installed it. Everything seemed to install great, so cleared the cache and reassembled the races, but am getting the same problem as before the download, after handicapping the race, the live odds show up fine, but I can't get the results to load for some reason.

Am I screwing something up? Did I miss something?

You started off today's races with an earlier version, hence you might encounter earlier problems.

Try deleting these folders:

C:\RDSSDev\Data\Results\JSON-Mutuels\2023\20230318

C:\RDSSDev\Data\Results\JSON-Mutuels\2023\20230317

Then retrieve Mutuels again for today and yesterday.
