Racing Restrictions / Coronavirus - Pace and Cap

The panic is unwarranted, and as usual the Media is blowing the Corona Virus out of proportion and the biggest instigator of the panic!

Consider this - there's 71 deaths reported in the USA so far, but already there are more than 10,000 deaths from this season's FLU! AND, it's easier to catch the FLU than the Corona Virus! AND, the USA alone has thousands of deaths from the FLU EVERY year (61,000 people died in the 2017-2018 FLU season, out of 45 million infected)! The H1N1 strain of FLU appeared in 2009, and caused hundreds of thousands of deaths.

Do we shut everything down because of the FLU?
